About Loggia

Seventeen years of building around the open air

Elena Vasquez, founder and CEO of Loggia
Our story

We build fewer homes, so we can build them properly

Elena Vasquez founded Loggia in 2009 after twenty years of building towers she would not live in herself. The first building had nine homes and one rule: every residence gets a real outdoor room.

Seventeen years and eleven buildings later the rule has not changed. We still build one or two developments at a time, with the same architects, the same sales team and a site visit every week.

What we hold ourselves to

01
Fewer, better homes

One or two developments at a time, so the founder still walks every site each week.

02
Shade is not optional

We give up floor area to make loggias deep enough to use. It sells better, and it lives better.

03
We answer the phone

The sales director who sells you a home is the one you call at handover, and after.
