Brickell Loggia gathers thirty-six residences around a planted courtyard, five storeys above the street. Every home looks onto the garden on one side and the city on the other, so the loggia becomes a quiet room in the busiest neighbourhood in Miami.
Designed with Studio Hale, the building follows the same rules as every Loggia home: light from two sides, an outdoor room of at least 14 m² and materials that age well in salt air.
