James Whitaker
Head of Development
James trained as a structural engineer and joined Loggia in 2012 to run the build of Casa Mar. He now leads construction across every site, from the first piling rig to the handover walk-through.
He writes the monthly construction updates in the journal and leads the two hard-hat tours each buyer is offered during the build.
