Our next building has a name, an architect and a site. Brickell Loggia will bring thirty-six residences around a planted courtyard to the middle of Brickell, with completion planned for 2029.

What the early list gets
Everyone on the early list receives floor plans and pricing before the public release, and first choice of homes in the order they joined. There is no deposit and no obligation to join.
How to join
Register interest and choose Brickell Loggia as the development. I will send the first plans as soon as they are final, and invite you to the preview at the sales gallery before anyone else.
