First look at the Bayline show residence

The show residence on level six is open. A two-bedroom bay view home, finished and furnished, with the loggia set for breakfast over the water.

First look at the Bayline show residence

The Bayline show residence opened this week on level six. It is a two-bedroom bay view home, finished exactly as buyers will receive it and furnished so you can picture a normal Tuesday in it.

The first thing you see is the bay

The plan puts the kitchen in the inside corner, so from the front door your eye goes straight through the living room, across the loggia and out over Biscayne Bay. On a clear morning you can see Miami Beach.

The loggia, set for breakfast

We have set the 16 m² loggia for breakfast, because that is when it is at its best. The east-facing glass is shaded by the loggia above until mid-morning, and the breeze off the water does the rest.

Every viewing ends on the loggia with a coffee. It is the part of the home people remember.

Materials you can touch

Travertine floors, oak kitchen, lime-plaster walls: the same palette as every Loggia building, here in the lighter of the two oak tones. Samples of both tones are in the sales suite downstairs.

How to visit

Viewings are by appointment at the Edgewater sales suite, daily from 10am to 6pm. Construction is now 38% complete, with handover planned for the first quarter of 2028. Six of the twenty two-bedroom bay view homes are still available.
